Help Desk Technician
Pioneer Communications has opened a full-time position for a Help Desk Technician. Applicants should have a strong desire to assist customers with various services including Internet, wireless, cable TV and telephone operations. Hours are evening, night, and weekends. Applicants should possess the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and be able to work unsupervised. Residence within 15 miles of Ulysses is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required. This position is full-time and offers medical, dental and retirement packages and additional benefits in the Pioneer service area. Applications will be accepted until February 12, 2010.
